14-Day Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Automotive parts that have been installed, altered, damaged during installation, or exposed to fuel or other fluids may not be eligible for return unless the item was defective when received.

Before ordering an automotive part, please confirm the part number, specifications, and vehicle fitment. Contact us if you need help confirming compatibility.

Starting a return

Contact us through the store contact form within 14 days of delivery before sending an item back. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because it is no longer wanted, was ordered by mistake, or does not fit due to information supplied by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs. For large or oversized items, return freight can be expensive. If we provide a return label, the actual label cost may be deducted from the refund when the return is the customer's responsibility.

Inspection and refunds

We will inspect returned items after they arrive. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Because orders are prepared quickly for same-business-day shipment, cancellation requests are handled on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

Final-sale items and gift cards

Items clearly marked Final Sale and gift cards are not returnable, except where required by law.
